About Us
For over 16 years The Travel Library has been providing high quality, rights managed travel images to a wide variety of clients. We pride ourselves on offering high quality images whilst giving the client exemplary customer service.
The business was founded in 1992 by travel photographer, Philip Enticknap, who at that time was working on assignments for
tour operators, magazines and book publishers. These commissions provided a unique awareness into multi disciplined
client requirements that has been carried through to the way The Travel Library
is operated today.
Christina Berry our in-house Picture Researcher ensures our clients benefit from our pro-active approach. We are in frequent contact with clients discussing their requirements and feeding back to our image content and production team. Under the direction of our Image Production Manager, Chris Penn, we work closely with our photographers to ensure we provide images that meet the
renowned high standards that our clients expect.
As part of our continuing commitment to image buyers, our website has recently
been upgraded to include an increased thumbnail size for easy image selection,
a controllable autozoom enabling an even larger version of the image to be
viewed in an instant, a simplified ordering process with the addition of our 2 stage Express Basket and a fresh design which aims
to give our clients even more information about our images, new photographers
and Travel Library news.
